FMDQ AS AN SRO
Securities listed/quoted on FMDQ Exchange are monitored, with the aim of ensuring that the securities comply with rules guiding the admission of securities to the Exchange, as well as post listings & quotations compliance disclosure obligations, as may be prescribed from time to time. The obligations of Issuers and Sponsors with respect to FMDQ Exchange’s post-listing/quotation requirements are categorised into two major types:
Corporate Disclosure
Issuers and Sponsors of listed/quoted securities are required to provide corporate disclosures to the Exchange on a continuous or ad-hoc basis. These corporate disclosures include, but are not limited to, any information that may affect the price of listed/quoted securities, information on publications, rating reviews, meeting notices and resolutions, changes in capital structure or character of business and terms of the issues, annual and interim reports. The FMDQ Exchange Post-Listings/Quotations Compliance page is updated with such disclosures on a near real-time basis.
