At FMDQ Depository, we welcome participation of capital market operators and investors on our platform to leverage exemplary services designed to support your capital formation, asset safekeeping, risk management, regulatory compliance, and investment objectives.

Participation of capital market operators and investors is supported for the following Capital Market Operators: Registrars, Stockbroking Firms, Custodian Banks, Issuers, Settlement Banks, Fund Managers, Pension Fund Companies, Central Securities Depositories of other Jurisdictions, Private Account Holders, etc.
The under listed documents are required towards the fulfilment of onboarding requirement at the FMDQ Depository:

  • A certified true copy of the Memorandum and Articles of Association
  • A certified true copy of the Board Resolution to register as a participant with FMDQ Depository Limited
  • Duly completed onboarding and mandate form
  • A copy of driver’s license/international passport bio page of each principal officer
  • Evidence of Securities and Exchange Commission Registration (If required)
