Professional Party (Trustees)
This membership category can be further classified into two (2) sub-categories as follows:
- Professional Party (Trustees) – Member – Institutions in this category are duly registered by their relevant regulators/professional bodies and authorised by FMDQ Private Markets to act as Trustees to Issuers of Private Companies’ Securities for noting on FMDQ Private Markets.
- Professional Party (Trustees) – Non-Member – Institutions in this category are duly registered by their relevant regulators/professional bodies to act as Trustees. Professional Party (Trustees) – Non-Member are however, not conferred with any participatory or voting rights on FMDQ Private Markets but have participated on private companies’ securities noted on FMDQ Private Markets.
- Professional Party (Solicitors) Institutions in this category are registered by their professional bodies and authorised by FMDQ Private Markets to act as Solicitors to Issuers of Private Companies’ Securities for noting on FMDQ Private Markets.
- Professional Party (Reporting Accountants) – Institutions in this category are registered by their professional bodies and authorised by FMDQ Private Markets to act as Reporting Accountants to Issuers of private companies’ securities for noting on FMDQ Private Markets.
