The FMDQ Private Markets Guidelines outline the applicable requirements, agreements, communiqués, and other terms and conditions issued or amended by the Company from time to time.
Specifically, the FMDQ Private Markets Companies’ Securities Noting Guidelines have been developed to address information asymmetry by establishing a clear framework for disclosing relevant information to Qualified Institutional Investors (QIIs). These Guidelines set the minimum standards of transparency required from private companies voluntarily submitting their securities for Noting, particularly for issuances are executed via private placements.
The Guidelines are designed to ensure that all disclosed information remains accurate, up-to-date, and credible—thereby fostering trust and confidence among investors.
