Through its services, FMDQ Private Markets addresses critical information gaps by enhancing the visibility of private companies’ securities, reducing information asymmetry in private issuances, and supporting transparency and credibility in the private capital space.
Operating as a key subsidiary within the FMDQ Group PLC ecosystem, FMDQ Private Markets provides strategic visibility for private companies through its Private Companies’ Securities Information and Distribution (PCS) Portal (Restricted). The PCS Portal is a secure, technology-enabled repository designed to store and provide controlled access to verified information on private company securities, available exclusively to FMDQ Private Markets members.
FMDQ Private Markets’ information repository covers a broad spectrum of private company securities, including Bonds, Sukuk, Promissory Notes, and Equities.
