Interpretive guidance is an effective means through which FMDQ Exchange can comment on topics of general interest to its market participants and communicate the principles driving the development of regulation, in order to create better understanding of the applicability of the regulation among its stakeholders.
FMDQ Exchange issues interpretive guidance from time to time, either of its own volition or at the request of its Members or other market stakeholders, as a means of expanding, expatiating, contextualising and clarifying the meaning behind its regulation.
