Mr. Onwuka is the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director of Seplat Petroleum Development Company PLC.

Prior to this, he served as Group Managing Director, Diamond Bank PLC, and Chairman, Enterprise Bank Limited, among others. He also served on the inaugural Board of the erstwhile FMDQ OTC PLC from 2012 to 2014.

He serves on the Boards of Hello Pay, Airtel Networks Limited (Bharti Airtel), as well as the Board of FMDQ Group PLC as an Independent Non-Executive Director.

Mr. Akinkugbe is the Managing Director/CEO of FBNQuest Merchant Bank Limited. Prior to this appointment, he served as the Deputy Managing Director of FBNQuest Capital Limited, and later as the Managing Director/CEO.

He is the Chairman of FBNQuest Capital Limited and previously worked with Deutsche Bank where he was Head of sub-Saharan Africa (ex-SA) coverage.

He represents the Bankers’ Committee Financial Markets Sub-Committee on the Board of FMDQ Exchange.

 

Mr. Mobolaji Lawal is the Managing Director and Regional Executive of Ecobank Nigeria Limited. Prior to joining Ecobank Nigeria Limited, he was an Executive Director at Guaranty Trust Bank Limited, Ghana and Nigeria Interbank Settlement Systems PLC.

He has extensive experience across the entire banking spectrum, including Digital and Retail Banking, Corporate and Commercial Banking, Credit Risk Management and Corporate Finance.

He represents Financial Markets Active Banks on the Board of FMDQ Exchange.

Mr. Olumide Oyetan is the Chief Executive of Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers Limited.

Prior to this appointment, he was an Executive Director at Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers Limited, and previously, Head of Advisory Products for the Standard Bank Wealth and Investment Business in South Africa, Standard Bank Group PLC. He also served at Stanbic IBTC Asset Management Limited, first as an Executive Director in charge of Investment Management and later as the Chief Executive. He is the current President of the Pension Fund Operators Association of Nigeria (PenOp).

Mr. Oyetan represents the ‘buy-side’ on the Board of FMDQ Exchange and sits on the Board as a nominee of PenOp.

Ms. Zakari is the Head of Markets, Rand Merchant Bank Nigeria Limited (RMBN). With a robust banking career, she joined RMBN's Foreign Exchange (FX) Trading and Customer Dealing desks. Prior to her tenure at RMBN, she held the position of FX Dealer at Standard Chartered Bank, Nigeria, commencing her banking journey in Asset and Liability Management.

She has extensive experience in the banking industry with a background in FX Trading, Fixed Income & Money Markets, and Balance Sheet Management. She is a member of the RMBN Executive Committee and serves on the Board of RMBN Nominees and RMBN Asset Management. Additionally, she serves as the President of the Financial Markets Dealers Association (FMDA).

Ms. Zakari represents the Governing Council of FMDA on the Board of FMDQ Exchange.

Mr. Onadele is the Chief Executive Officer of FMDQ Group. He serves as a Non-Executive Director on the Boards of FMDQ Clear Limited, and FMDQ Depository Limited, as well as, Chairman of FMDQ Private Markets Limited and iQx Consult Limited.

Prior to this engagement, he was the President of FDHL, a financial markets and risk management consulting firm he founded in 2001, where he provided business leadership in the empowerment of the Nigerian financial markets.

His career spans across Citibank Nigeria (Chief Dealer), FCMB Limited (Treasurer), Trust Bank of Africa (Merchant Bankers) (Managing Director/CEO) and Leadbank PLC (Chief Operations Officer). He is a member of the Board of Trustees of FMDA.

Ms. Ugoji is the Group Chief Operating Officer of FMDQ Group PLC. She serves as an Executive Director on the Board of FMDQ Group PLC and as a Non-Executive Director on the Boards of FMDQ Clear Limited, FMDQ Depository Limited, FMDQ Private Markets Limited, and iQx Consult Limited.

Ms. Ugoji has extensive experience in Treasury, Asset Management, Business Development, Marketing Communications, Finance, Project Management and Strategy functions of various organisations including Guaranty Trust Bank Limited, Hermes Investment Managers Limited, United Kingdom, Diamond Bank PLC, and Guinness Nigeria PLC.

Mr. Onawunmi is the Managing Director of FMDQ Clear Limited. He also serves as a Non-Executive Director on the Boards of FMDQ Depository Limited, FMDQ Private Markets Limited, and iQx Consult Limited. Prior to joining FMDQ Clear Limited, he was the Managing Partner of 213 Capital, an African focused investment and risk advisory firm.

Mr. Onawunmi holds a Master's degree in Finance from London Business School, United Kingdom, and a Bachelor's degree in Basic Medical Sciences from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. He has over twenty-three (23) years of experience in Trading, Corporate & Investment Banking, Pension Fund Management and Financial Market Consulting in various organisations, including Access Bank PLC and Chapel Hill Denham Group.

Ms. Sekoni is the Managing Director of FMDQ Securities Exchange Limited. She also serves as a Non-Executive Director on the Boards of FMDQ Clear Limited, FMDQ Depository Limited, FMDQ Private Markets Limited and iQx Consult Limited.

She holds an MBA from Durham Business School, UK; and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. Over the last twenty-two (22) years, Tumi has built her career across Trading, Operations, Business Analysis, Business Development, Products & Markets Development, Marketing and Project Management in various organisations including Guaranty Trust Bank PLC, Goldman Sachs International, UBS, London and Merrill Lynch.
