Mr. Olumide Oyetan is the Chief Executive of Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers Limited.

Prior to this appointment, he was an Executive Director at Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers Limited, and previously, Head of Advisory Products for the Standard Bank Wealth and Investment Business in South Africa, Standard Bank Group PLC. He also served at Stanbic IBTC Asset Management Limited, first as an Executive Director in charge of Investment Management and later as the Chief Executive. He is the current President of the Pension Fund Operators Association of Nigeria (PenOp).

Mr. Oyetan represents the ‘buy-side’ on the Board of FMDQ Exchange and sits on the Board as a nominee of PenOp.

Ms. Zakari is the Head of Markets, Rand Merchant Bank Nigeria Limited (RMBN). With a robust banking career, she joined RMBN's Foreign Exchange (FX) Trading and Customer Dealing desks. Prior to her tenure at RMBN, she held the position of FX Dealer at Standard Chartered Bank, Nigeria, commencing her banking journey in Asset and Liability Management.

She has extensive experience in the banking industry with a background in FX Trading, Fixed Income & Money Markets, and Balance Sheet Management. She is a member of the RMBN Executive Committee and serves on the Board of RMBN Nominees and RMBN Asset Management. Additionally, she serves as the President of the Financial Markets Dealers Association (FMDA).

Ms. Zakari represents the Governing Council of FMDA on the Board of FMDQ Exchange.

Mrs. Braimoh is the Principal Partner at Laurel Francis and Associates, a legal and consulting firm. She is a retired Director of the Securities and Exchange Commission, Nigeria, where she served in various capacities, including as Head of the Legal, Procurement, and Enforcement Departments.

She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and an Associate of several professional bodies, including the Toronto Centre for Global Leadership in Financial Supervision, the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, the Institute of Capital Market Registrars, the Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association, the Institute of Fraud Examiners, and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. She is also a certified Trainer by the Centre for Management Development Nigeria and serves on the Board of Mentors for the Governance Practitioners Committee of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria.

Mrs. Braimoh serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director on the Board of FMDQ Exchange.

Ms. Ugoji is the Group Chief Operating Officer of FMDQ Group PLC. She serves as an Executive Director on the Board of FMDQ Group PLC and as a Non-Executive Director on the Boards of FMDQ Clear Limited, FMDQ Depository Limited, FMDQ Private Markets Limited, and iQx Consult Limited.

Ms. Ugoji has extensive experience in Treasury, Asset Management, Business Development, Marketing Communications, Finance, Project Management and Strategy functions of various organisations including Guaranty Trust Bank Limited, Hermes Investment Managers Limited, United Kingdom, Diamond Bank PLC, and Guinness Nigeria PLC.

Mr. Onawunmi is the Managing Director of FMDQ Clear Limited. He also serves as a Non-Executive Director on the Boards of FMDQ Depository Limited, FMDQ Private Markets Limited, and iQx Consult Limited. Prior to joining FMDQ Clear Limited, he was the Managing Partner of 213 Capital, an African-focused investment and risk advisory firm.

Mr. Onawunmi’s extensive experience cuts across Trading, Corporate & Investment Banking, Pension Fund Management and Financial Market Consulting in various organisations, including Access Bank PLC and Chapel Hill Denham Group.

Ms. Sekoni is the Managing Director of FMDQ Securities Exchange Limited. She also serves as a Non-Executive Director on the Boards of FMDQ Clear Limited, FMDQ Depository Limited, FMDQ Private Markets Limited, and iQx Consult Limited.

Ms. Sekoni has built her career across Trading, Operations, Business Analysis, Business Development, Products & Markets Development, Marketing and Project Management in various organisations including Guaranty Trust Bank PLC, Goldman Sachs International, UBS, London, and Merrill Lynch.
