My journey at FMDQ has been one with significant growth, with opportunities to take on broader responsibilities across financial planning, management reporting, financial reporting, taxation, finance operations, and proprietary investment activities across the Group. In 2025, my role required an even deeper balance of strategic thinking, technical judgement, operational execution, and stakeholder management, particularly in supporting key Group priorities, Board-level deliverables, audit processes, budgeting, investment performance, and process improvement initiatives.
This experience has sharpened my ability to stay agile under pressure, lead through complexity, and maintain clarity even where timelines are tight and expectations are high. My time at FMDQ continues to be marked by growth, responsibility, resilience, and the privilege of contributing meaningfully within a dynamic and evolving organisation.
