My experience at FMDQ has been both transformative and rewarding. In such a fast-paced environment, I have had the opportunity to work alongside some of the best professionals in the industry, and through this experience, I have come to appreciate that excellence requires consistency, resilience, adaptability, and teamwork.
One key lesson I have learned is the importance of remaining resilient and adaptable during challenging periods.
Beyond the work itself, some of my most memorable moments at FMDQ have always been the staff events and celebrations. Seeing colleagues, peers and supervisors unwind and connect outside of work reflects the organisation’s strong ‘work hard, celebrate together’ culture, which I have always appreciated and enjoyed being a part of.
