FMDQ Private Markets’ Noting Service is complemented with depository services through FMDQ Depository Limited.
The Depository service allows for the onboarding and safekeeping of securities of private companies. It provides for the admission of all classes of securities of private companies, transaction control by setting of controls on the sale and purchase of companies shares, stock plan administration through the management of shares, option grants and exercises, amongst others.
The FMDQ Private Markets, through the outsourced depository services, carries out the admission of all types of private securities – debts, equities, as well as structured products – and executes corporate actions such as share transfer, coupon payments, dividend payments, buy-backs, bonus issues etc.
