FMDQ Exchange Registers Sujimoto Holdings Limited’s ₦20.00 Billion Commercial Paper Programme

In line with this commitment, the Exchange, through its Board Listings and Markets Committee, has approved the registration of the Sujimoto Holdings Limited ₦20.00 billion Commercial Paper (CP) Programme on its platform.

Sujimoto Holdings Limited (“Sujimoto” or the “Issuer”) is a leading luxury real estate development firm in Nigeria, renowned for delivering premium residential and commercial properties. Sujimoto specialises in developing exclusive properties across Lagos State’s most prestigious locations, including Ikoyi and Victoria Island.

The ₦20.00 billion CP Programme, facilitated by Cowry Asset Management Limited (Lead Sponsor), alongside Cordros Capital Limited, ICMG Securities Limited, Investment One Financial Services Limited, and PAC Capital Limited (Co-Sponsors) —all Registration Member (Quotations) of the Exchange, will provide Sujimoto with strategic access to short-term funding from the Nigerian debt markets. This funding will support its working capital requirements and operational expansion.
