Ms. Zakari is the Head of Markets, Rand Merchant Bank Nigeria Limited (RMBN). With a robust banking career, she joined RMBN’s Foreign Exchange (FX) Trading and Customer Dealing desks. Prior to her tenure at RMBN, she held the position of FX Dealer at Standard Chartered Bank, Nigeria, commencing her banking journey in Asset and Liability Management.
She has extensive experience in the banking industry with a background in FX Trading, Fixed Income & Money Markets, and Balance Sheet Management. She is a member of the RMBN Executive Committee and serves on the Board of RMBN Nominees and RMBN Asset Management. Additionally, she serves as the President of the Financial Markets Dealers Association (FMDA).
Ms. Zakari represents the Governing Council of FMDA on the Board of FMDQ Exchange.
