Mrs. Braimoh is the Principal Partner at Laurel Francis and Associates, a legal and consulting firm. She is a retired Director of the Securities and Exchange Commission, Nigeria, where she served in various capacities, including as Head of the Legal, Procurement, and Enforcement Departments.
She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and an Associate of several professional bodies, including the Toronto Centre for Global Leadership in Financial Supervision, the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, the Institute of Capital Market Registrars, the Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association, the Institute of Fraud Examiners, and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. She is also a certified Trainer by the Centre for Management Development Nigeria and serves on the Board of Mentors for the Governance Practitioners Committee of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria.
Mrs. Braimoh serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director on the Board of FMDQ Exchange.
