Mr. Akaraiwe is the Chief Executive Officer of FMDQ Group PLC. Prior to his appointment, he was the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Graeme Blaque Advisory Limited and previously held several leadership roles at Standard Chartered Bank Limited, across Nigeria, Zambia, and the United Kingdom.

He has played a significant role in the development of Africa's financial markets, having pioneered several derivatives transactions and contributed to key market and regulatory initiatives. He is a Past President and Governing Council Member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers of Nigeria, a Non-Executive Director of FirstCap Limited, and has served on several industry committees and advisory groups supporting the growth and development of Nigeria's financial markets.

Mr. Akaraiwe is a seasoned financial market professional with over twenty-six (26) years of experience spanning treasury, financial markets, derivatives, risk management, corporate banking, and financial advisory. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Lagos and has completed executive programmes in Risk Management, Human Diversity, and Psychology at the London School of Economics, the University of Cambridge, and the University of Oxford, respectively.

Ms. Sekoni is the Group Chief Operating Officer of FMDQ Group PLC. She also serves as a Non-Executive Director on the Boards of FMDQ Clear Limited, FMDQ Depository Limited, FMDQ Private Markets Limited, and iQx Consult Limited.

She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Durham Business School, UK; and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. Over the last twenty-four (24) years, Ms. Sekoni has built her career across Trading, Operations, Business Analysis, Business Development, Products & Markets Development, Marketing and Project Management in various organisations including Guaranty Trust Bank PLC, Goldman Sachs International, UBS, London, and Merrill Lynch.

Mr. Etaderhi is the Head, Government Affairs Division of FMDQ Group PLC, comprising two (2) Groups – Government Relations and Regulatory Relations. He also serves as the Executive Secretary, Financial Centre for Sustainability, Lagos. Prior to this, he was the Head, Economic Development of FMDQ Group PLC.
