Membership of FMDQ Clear includes pre-selected institutions – banks – who present and assume full responsibility for the financial performance of all transactions executed and/or cleared through them on the FMDQ platform. Members are fully governed by the rules and guidelines of FMDQ Clear.
Currently, there are two (2) clearing membership categories as listed below:
These are Members authorised to clear transactions on their own account, their client transactions, as well as transactions for Non-Clearing Members and their clients.
These are Members authorised to clear transactions on their own account, and that of their client transactions only.
