This feat demonstrates FMDQ Exchange\u2019s positioning as the preferred platform for debt securities, and further reinforces the Exchange\u2019s commitment to enhancing access to capital for infrastructure development for the good of the Nigerian economy at large, though its credible and transparent platform.\u202f\u202f<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Julius Berger Nigeria PLC (\u201c<\/span>Julius Berger<\/span><\/b>\u201d or the \u201c<\/span>Issuer<\/span><\/b>\u201d) is a leading Nigerian company offering holistic services such as planning, design, engineering, construction, operation and maintenance of buildings, infrastructure and industry projects. The CP Programme, which is sponsored by Stanbic IBTC Capital Limited (Lead Sponsor) and FCMB Capital Markets Limited \u2013 both Registration Member<\/span> (Quotations) of FMDQ Exchange, will avail the Issuer, the opportunity to raise short-term finance from the Nigerian debt markets through CP issuances within the<\/span> Programme limit.<\/span>\u202f<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
