As part of its unwavering dedication to deepening Nigeria\u2019s debt markets, fortifying economic growth and promoting prosperity for Nigerians, FMDQ Securities Exchange Limited (\u201cFMDQ Exchange\u201d or the \u201cExchange\u201d), has approved the listing of the Presco PLC \u20a682.90 billion Series 1 Fixed Rate Bond under its \u20a6150.00 billion Bond Issuance Programme. This approval by the Exchange\u2019s Board Listings and Markets Committee reinforces FMDQ Exchange\u2019s role as a reliable platform for facilitating capital access through well-structured debt instruments.<\/p>\n

Presco PLC (\u201cPresco\u201d or the \u201cIssuer\u201d), is a fully integrated agro-industrial establishment that specialises in the cultivation of oil palm plantations and milling and crushing palm kernels to produce a range of refined vegetable oil. It also has an olein and stearin packaging and biogas plants to treat its palm oil mill effluent. The net proceeds from this bond issuance, which is jointly sponsored by Stanbic IBTC Capital Limited (Lead Sponsor), alongside Afrinvest Capital Limited, CardinalStone Partners Limited, Coronation Merchant Bank Limited, FBNQuest Merchant Bank Limited, FCMB Capital Markets Limited, Greenwich Merchant Bank Limited, and Rand Merchant Bank Limited (Co-Sponsors) \u2013 all Registration Members (Listings) of FMDQ Exchange \u2013 will be deployed towards supporting the Issuer\u2019s strategic objectives and operational needs.<\/p>\n
